  1. Create a communication programme for awareness building
Develop and implement a structured communication strategy to inform and educate teachers, stakeholders, and the public about the challenges and implications of teaching casualisation.

  2. Mount a legal attack on casualisation
Explore and pursue legal avenues to challenge unfair casualisation practices in the education sector, protecting teachers’ rights and job security.

  3. Mount a political process for policy change
Engage policymakers, government authorities, and relevant institutions to advocate for legislative and policy reforms that eliminate or regulate casualisation in teaching.

  4. Set up a Campaign Organizing Committee
Establish a dedicated committee to plan, coordinate, and oversee campaigns and activities aimed at addressing teaching casualisation, ensuring effective implementation of strategies.
