Sports and cultural activities provide teachers with opportunities to relax, socialize, and build strong relationships beyond the classroom environment. These events promote physical fitness, mental wellness, teamwork, and solidarity among SNAT members.

They also create space for cultural expression through music, dance, drama, and traditional performances, fostering unity and appreciation of Eswatini’s diverse heritage. Such activities strengthen the bond among teachers and encourage a healthy work–life balance.

Sports Events in the Calendar:

1. SATO Games

SNAT participates in the annual SATO Games, where teachers from different regions come together to compete in various sporting disciplines.
Purpose:
To promote unity, teamwork, networking, and healthy competition among teachers at regional and national levels while strengthening solidarity within the teaching profession.

2. SNAT Internal Sports & Cultural Day

An internal union sports and cultural event organized for all members.
Purpose:
To encourage participation, wellness, and social interaction through activities such as football, netball, volleyball, athletics, traditional dance, music, and team-building games.
